- Specialize in recruiting for emerging tech roles: AI/ML Engineers, Quantum Computing Specialists, Neural Network Architects, and Autonomous Systems Developers
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates in global tech talent pools
- Develop innovative hiring frameworks for 2026's AI workforce, including competency-based assessments and skill-matching algorithms
- Collaborate with data science teams to optimize recruitment funnels using A/B testing and conversion analytics
- Lead diversity initiatives in technical hiring to build inclusive AI development teams
- Forecast talent market trends for 2026-2030 tech landscapes and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in AI/ML or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in AI-driven recruitment platforms (HireVue, Eightfold.ai, Paradox)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing, neural networks, and autonomous systems
- Certification in AI Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruiting (e.g., CTS, AIRS)
- Experience with predictive analytics for talent forecasting and pipeline optimization
- Proficiency in Boolean/X-ray sourcing techniques across GitHub, Kaggle, and academic networks
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies in AI/ML through structured interviews and practical assessments
- Track record of hiring for complex R&D roles in fast-paced tech environments
