Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility using provided equipment (lifts, walkers)
- Monitor vital signs and health status using digital tools
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Transport clients to appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain detailed care records using our digital platform
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (we provide training)
- Valid NJ driver's license (for company vehicle use)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
