Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
- Administer medications and track dosages as directed.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring patients.
