Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team immediately.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments or social activities.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the client's care plan.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
