Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer medication and track daily health logs.
- Offer companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
