Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure client well-being.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily activities and report any changes in health or mood to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current state Caregiver certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) license preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Clean criminal background check and drug screening required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility issues.
