What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate is patient, observant, and eager to provide the highest level of care. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living space.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately document care logs and daily reports.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
- Monitor the client's health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle light laundry and errands as assigned to support the client's daily routine.
Qualifications
- Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), or equivalent certification is preferred.
- CPR and Basic First Aid certification is required.
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company protocols and safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
