Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and support with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and hobbies.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager immediately.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or social activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for most shifts).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in Home Health or Personal Care is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
