Responsibilities
Provide basic daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary restrictions.Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.Administer medication as directed and documented accurately.Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure a high quality of life.Transport clients to medical appointments or social activities as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is preferred.Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health records.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to complete mandatory paid training programs.
