Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor patient health.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Document daily care activities and communicate updates to family members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA, PCA, or CNA certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong compassion and patience for elderly or disabled individuals.
