Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and document adherence accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning.
- Monitor the client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A genuine passion for helping elderly and disabled individuals.
