Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs.</li><li>Provide medication reminders and document care logs accurately.</li><li>Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to reduce social isolation.</li><li>Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment.</li><li>Assist with mobility and accompany clients to medical appointments.</li><li>Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the nursing team.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude.</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry.</li></ul>
