Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using provided specialized equipment (lifts, hoists, etc.).
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to specific dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor clients for any changes in health.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and making beds.
- Document daily care activities and report any concerns to the nursing team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
