Job Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, games, and social activities to reduce isolation.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take prescribed medications and report any adverse reactions or missed doses.
- Household Support: Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as assigned.
- Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of daily activities and care provided.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory.
- Licensure: Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
- Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
