Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Administer medication as directed by a licensed nurse or physician.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
