What You Will Do
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications on time and assist with light medical tasks under the direction of a nurse.
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and social activities to combat loneliness and improve mental health.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with meal preparation, light laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, and social events as needed.
- Reporting: Monitor clients' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes or concerns to our care coordinators immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- CPR & First Aid Certification: Current certification is preferred; we offer reimbursement for training.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and committed to the schedule.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
