Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Administer medication reminders and track daily intake.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification (training provided upon hiring).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
