Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Transport clients to appointments and social outings
- Administer medication reminders as directed
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- No prior caregiving experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature and patience with elderly clients
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to assist with mobility (lifting, transferring)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
