Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful social interactions
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, meal prep)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate with care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid CA driver's license
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help seniors
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- No experience required—we'll train you!
