Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Document client care activities and report changes to clinical staff
- Transport clients to appointments using agency-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with provided assistive equipment
- Clear TB test and health screening within 30 days
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
