- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or mood.
- Document daily care activities accurately in the care logs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a kind, patient demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift and assist patients (up to 50lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
