As a Caregiver with CarePlus, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. We pride ourselves on our family-oriented culture and are committed to the well-being of both our clients and our employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding clients who have dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication and remind clients to take prescriptions at scheduled times.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing as needed.
- Monitor client health and report any changes in condition or safety concerns to the nursing team.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or social activities as required.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCA (Personal Care Assistant) license is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
