Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA, HHA, or Home Health Aide license is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screening.
