Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as trained
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Companionship and emotional support for elderly and disabled individuals
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate nature and patience working with vulnerable populations
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
