Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Qualifications
- State of Ohio nursing assistant certification (CNA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Clean background check and drug screening required
