Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Administer medication reminders and document vital signs accurately.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for the client.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
