Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders and monitoring of client health status.
- Accurately document daily care logs and incidents.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
