Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and track vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Document client progress and report concerns to clinical staff
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature and patience working with vulnerable populations
