Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity
- Collaborate with RNs and medical teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Document observations accurately in patient records
- Support patients during meals and nutritional care
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pass background check and health screening
- Proficiency in EMR systems
