Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations during overnight shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in med-surg/ICU/ER setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective patient/family interactions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient acuity and staffing needs
