Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Surgical Services
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide patient education and emotional support to promote holistic healing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact license with Pennsylvania residency)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with relevant experience considered)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
