What You Will Do:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature accurately.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients and visitors.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or charge nurse immediately.
- Support medical staff with basic procedures and patient mobility.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting with dignity and respect.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and document patient vital signs and weight.
- Environment Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in patient rooms and common areas.
- Communication: Relay patient concerns and status updates to the nursing staff.
- Assistance with Mobility: Help patients move safely from beds to wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Documentation: Update charts and electronic health records as required.
Qualifications
- CNA Certification: Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Georgia.
- CPR Certification: BLS/CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Professionalism: Adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies.
