Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Oregon State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or home health setting is preferred.
