Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification

- Pass background check and drug screening
