Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable individuals to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a CNA, you will be the heart of our patient care team, ensuring comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare meals and assist patients with feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe patient environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA License in the state of Texas.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
