Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and administer medications as directed.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current, active Oklahoma CNA license (CNA 1 & 2).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
