Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care, including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
