Responsibilities
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Assist nurses with medical procedures and patient transfers using proper techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment at all times.
Document patient care plans and report changes in patient condition immediately.

Qualifications
Current and valid CNA license in the State of Texas.
Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
CPR certification is a plus.
