Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide direct care to patients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
- Communication: Effectively communicate patient status, concerns, and needs to the nursing staff and family members.
- Mobility Support: Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and prevent falls.
- Hygiene & Comfort: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, ensuring proper hygiene and nutrition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care logs.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- CNA License: Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license is required.
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we welcome new graduates and career changers.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
