Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li><li>Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.</li><li>Record vital signs, intake and output, and other medical information accurately.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.</li><li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care plans are followed.</li><li>Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.</li><li>Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED is preferred.</li><li>Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification through our training program.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>
