Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and determine acuity levels
- Coordinate with ER physicians and specialists for critical cases
- Document patient encounters in Epic EHR systems
- Provide telehealth triage services via our digital platform
- Maintain OSHA compliance and infection control protocols
- Mentor new nurses during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (compact license accepted)
- 3+ years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
