Job Summary
As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of service in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic bedside care and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to registered nurses immediately.
- Support medical staff with procedures and patient transfers safely.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain within probation period).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
