Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Communicate patient status changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Follow HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Active MA CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to multiple Boston locations
- Flexibility to work across different facilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
