Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care via secure telehealth platforms or in-person clinical settings.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, vitals monitoring, and health history reviews.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in accordance with established protocols.
- Document patient progress, medications administered, and clinical interventions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and support to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Manage triage calls and provide remote nursing support during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (travel/home health experience is a plus).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth software.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
