Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and behavioral changes
- Assist with mobility transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments following infection control standards
- Support residents with emotional needs and social engagement activities
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
