Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Support daily living activities while maintaining dignity
- Collaborate with nurses to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
