Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with daily living activities and meal preparation
- Collaboration with RNs and medical team for coordinated care plans
- Maintenance of clean, safe patient environments
- Emotional support and companionship for patients and families
- Adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Passing background check and drug screening
