Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of patients using proper techniques.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care updates.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license in the State of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
