Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain resident rooms
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with genuine interest in elder care
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to various Orlando locations
