As a Full-Time CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide basic bedside care and emotional support to patients and families.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to update patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required in the state of California.
- CPR and BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
